This policy explains what we do with your details when you join the Sculptworks launch list on sculpt.works. We keep it short and simple: we only collect what we need, and we never sell your details.
Sculptworks, a facial sculpting brand based in Malta, is responsible for your details. You can contact us at any time at hello@sculpt.works.
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website. Our web host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time to keep the site secure and running.
We use your email only to tell you when Sculptworks launches, where you can book, and to send you the launch offer you signed up for. We do this because you gave us your consent.
Our website and the sign-up form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores the sign-ups on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States; your details are protected there by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If we start using an email newsletter service, we will name it here before we use it. We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we haven't been in touch with you for two years, we'll delete it.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, to stop using them, or to send you a copy. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or just email hello@sculpt.works. Withdrawing your consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt). We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
